Forgotten Treasures

Bad news in the news seems to be the norm’ just lately. Many of us no doubt thinking of better more enjoyable times.

Staying positive is so important for all of us as we navigate life. The framing of pictures, art and mementos that mean something special to the owner can really help. When we speak to people, time and again we hear phrases like “Yeah, I’ve been meaning to get this framed for years…” and “I’ve had this photo on display in a closed draw for far too long”. Of course, it’s easy to put things to one side when the memory and positive feeling associated with it are fresh and recent. But things are easily forgotten and those good memories can fade with time.

Seeing your own art, photos, prints, posters, pictures or memorabilia expertly framed and displayed to their best can help enhance those happy memories. Based on the positivity we receive, we truly believe that your treasured item can look amazing and the positive memories and feelings they trigger more vivid than ever.

It is one of the pleasures we get from the job - Knowing your picture is framed to a high standard and brings you happy memories. We all need positive reference points in life and that forgotten family photo, poster of that amazing concert or theatre show you went to, sports shirt from your favourite team after that amazing final, artists print gift or memento of an amazing holiday perfectly framed might just be the visual tonic you need.

With permission, we’ve included in this article a photo or two of recently framed items.

It doesn’t matter how long they’ve been waiting to be framed and the individual reasons to finally get them on display. We know from the feedback when the customer saw these items finished, they were very happy with the finished result and couldn’t wait to get them home.

Whoever we do work for, we know when we’ve done a good job and that it’s a positive experience for all when we hear phrases like “Oh wow! That’s amazing! I should have done this ages ago…” and “I can’t wait to get this up on the wall, it means so much to me!”

So perhaps you have an all but forgotten treasure you would like to see in a picture frame?

Do get in touch or, even better, please do pop in to one of our shops with your artwork, pictures, canvas, prints, photos, medals, textiles and memorabilia. It would be great to meet you and see how together we can design a picture frame just for you.
